This may also fit some other Takakashi mounts with the round legs (2.46" outside diameter). You will need to unscrew the set screw and remove the "foot" from the leg. The bottom of the leg assembly looks like this:

This is a sleeve design that uses three bolts to tighten it to the leg. The bolts actually tighten on a brass compression ring, to avoid marring the finish of the leg.
